What Is NOID

NOID is an independent Australian technology company. We build the hardware, the software, and the brand-side product lines that make up the NOID ecosystem — three flagship arms working in parallel: Iron Clad, the privacy-first NoidPhone; NoidChat, an end-to-end encrypted messaging platform with seven-layer Roulette Encryption; and NoidMerch, a limited-run apparel and accessories store at shop.noid.gg.

NOID is a brand, a phone, an encrypted messenger, and a merch line — engineered end to end by a small team that owns its own roadmap. We take no advertiser money and answer to no platform gatekeeper. If you're looking for tech that respects you instead of farming you, you've found the right place.

We rebuilt the firmware, stripped the telemetry, and designed the chassis to look as serious as it performs. NoidChat

Encrypted Messaging Platform

NoidChat is a privacy-first messenger built on the NOID stack. No phone number, no email, no identity required — just a username. Messages pass through seven layers of Roulette Encryption that rotate every second; voice and video calls are wrapped in ML-KEM-1024 quantum-resistant key exchange (NIST FIPS-203, Category 5). Voice, files, groups, stories, and the panic-grade Hyper Protect kill-switch are all included. Available on the web at chat.noid.gg and on Android.

Privacy

Privacy is not a feature we add at the end — it's the spec we start with. Every NOID product is designed so that the company itself can't see your data. NoidChat is end-to-end encrypted. Iron Clad ships without telemetry. NoidMerch checkout doesn't track you across the web. If you wanted to be tracked, you'd already own a different phone.

Privacy without performance is just inconvenience with a halo. NOID engineering targets sub-second response on every interaction — boot times, message delivery, encryption rounds, page loads. We measure and we tune. If a feature can't be both private and fast, we redesign it until it is.

NOID takes no outside capital. We answer to no advertiser, no carrier, no platform store gatekeeper. That independence is why our roadmap looks the way it does: shorter, stranger, and built for the user instead of the quarterly slide deck. Independent engineering produces honest products.

The NOID Story

NOID started with a simple observation: every device people carry, every platform they sign into, every chat they send — was built to extract from them. The phone phones home. The chat app sells the metadata. The merch store rents your email to ad networks. The product had become the customer, and the customer had become the product. NOID was founded to invert that arrangement.

We pick our scope carefully. Iron Clad is the hardware answer — a phone that doesn't betray the person holding it.
